I’m sure by now everyone at home is asking themselves a few questions about me, especially regarding my cooking and my unpremeditated ability to sustain life off of it. Well, I will be the first the first to admit that it is certainly a fair question, and I tend to wonder that myself. However, for whatever my food lacks in diversity, and nutrition, it has ‘bachelor goodness’ written all over it. A proper meal for me includes meat, rice, spices, and if I’m lucky a can of fruit. Anyway, here are a few examples of my original cuisine…
I’ve made this the last two nights, since it was really good, was really easy, and I’m out of rice.
All it takes is a package of ground meat, cooked with veggies. I usually put whatever veggies I have into whatever I’m making, and this case was peppers, onion, and garlic. Once cooked, everything is dumped on top of the buttered bread. As for seasoning, there is a lot of Cajun spice that I put on a lot of meals. I also added a Sichuan for a little Chinese hint, and finally crushed red peppers for kick. The end result was certainly delicious. As an added bonus to the meal, having made it two days in a row, I didn’t need to wash the plate!
Cajun Chicken and English Eggs
This was one was a great example of just putting whatever I could together to make a meal. Just scrambled eggs on buttered English muffins. Then, for my protein I had my some chicken. I later destroyed that plate in attempting some one handed maneuver.
Fish N’ Gyoza
Here I bought some fish, which isn’t normal. It was really cheap, so I seized the opportunity. I cook these just by putting them in the fish oven that is build into any stove. The gyoza is are just dumplings, and they have some veggies and pork in them. They are nothing fancy, and probably really bad for me. But, with a little Cajun seasoning, and application of a sweetish soy sauce that comes with them makes them too good to care. Do notice the LAS Cola, which I tend to enjoy 1 or 2 of every week. Its really cheap, and it isn’t so bad either.
Well, till next time…
